Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, Users shall be entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of their habitual residence or place of work, or where the alleged infringement took place, if they think that the processing of their personal data is not in compliance with the regulations, or they have not satisfactorily been able to exercise their rights. The supervisory authority with which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant on the progress and the outcome of the complaint
